We believe that there is one God who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1,23,27; 3:33; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, was born of a virgin, was wholly God and wholly man, lived a sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose bodily from the grave, and ascended into Heaven where He resides today. (Matthew 1:22,23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5; 14:10-20; Hebrews 4:14,15;  1 Corinthians 15:3,4; Romans 1:3,4; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Timothy 6:14,15; Titus 2:13)

We believe that God the Holy Spirit is active in convincing unbelievers of their need for salvation, and is the Comforter and Guide Who lives in the heart of every believer. (2 Corinthians 3:17; John 14:16,17; 16:7-13; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12; 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; 5:18; 5:25)

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God without any error in the original text, and is the sole authority for life and faith. (2 Timothy 3:13; 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; 5:18; 5:25)

We believe that Jesus Christ will literally return to Earth at a time of His choosing. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18; Revelation 22:12)

We believe that man is a special creation of God, made in His image, but that through the sin of the first man, Adam, mankind fell so that all men are sinners and need salvation. (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 18:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a; 59:1,2; Romans 3:23)

We believe that salvation is a gift received through repentance toward and forgiveness of God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 6:23; 5:1; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 1:12; 14:6; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26)

We believe that water baptism is an act of obedience to the command of Christ and is by immersion according to the Bible after salvation. (Matthew 3:13-16; 28:19,20; Acts 2:41; 8:36,37)

We believe that the church is a local body of baptized believers with the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head. (Matthew 16:15-19; 18:15-20; Acts 2:41,42,47; 5:11-14; 6:3-6; 13:1-3; 14:23,27; 15:1-30; 16:5; 20:28; Romans 1:7; 1 Corinthians 1:2; 3:16; 5:4-5; 7:17; 9:13,14; Ephesians 1:22,23; 2:19-22; 3:8-11,21; 5:22-32; Philippians 1:1; Colossians 1:18;      1 Timothy 3:1-15; 1 Peter 5:1-4; Revelation 2-3)

We believe that every person who is truly saved is eternally secure in the Lord Jesus Christ. (John 10:29; 2 Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25; 10:10,14;     1 Peter 1:3-5)

We believe that those persons who die in their sins without Christ spend eternity in Hell and those persons who die with their sins forgiven through Christ spend eternity in Heaven.(Matthew 10:28; 25:46; John 3:16-18; Romans 10:9-10; 1 Corinthians 2:7-9; 2 Corinthians 5:1; Hebrews 21:23; Revelation 20:15)

We believe that each born-again believer has direct access to God through the Lord Jesus Christ. (Psalm 10:17; 65:2; 99:6; Isaiah 55:6; 58:9; Matthew 7:7; Philippians 4:6; 1 Thessalonians 5:17)

We believe that marriage is between one man and one woman. Any other unions, legal or not, are not in keeping with Scripture and are therefore not recognized nor officiated by this local body of believers. (Genesis 1:27,28; 2:18,24; Proverbs 5:15-19; Matthew 19:5,6; Romans 1:26,27; 1 Corinthians 7:2,39; Hebrews 13:4)

We believe in the separation of church and state, but not in separation of God and government. Christians are salt and light in all areas of society. (Matthew 5:13-16; 22:17-21; Luke 20:25; Romans 13:1-7; Titus 3:1; 1 Peter 2:13-17)
